I have created my survey, and I'm ready to launch it. Where do I find the survey link that I need to send it out to respondents?

Just go to "My Surveys", click on the "collect" icon by your survey, and then click "create link".  From there you will have two types of links to choose from.  One link is for an email link and one will be for a Web page.

Once I sign up for a membership, will I be able to cancel my account at anytime?  

Absolutely, once you sign up for a
membership, you can cancel at anytime. As a member, your credit card will be charged everything month as long as you are active.  Once you cancel your account, you will no longer be charged and your account will be inactive. But, you will be able to easily reactivate your account again in the future by logging in and going to your "account info" page.

How does the billing cycle work as a member?   

As a member you will be charged every month based on the day of month you sign up.  So, if you sign up on August 25th, you will not be charged again until September 25th.

I am using our survey tool to send out emails to my respondents. How do I track who has responded to my survey?  

The best way for you to track who has answered your survey is to ask them for their email address at the end of the survey. Then, you can match email addresses collected with those you sent the survey invitation to. We will be adding tracking functionality in the future so you can track those who have responded automatically.

Do I have to download any software to get started, or is your survey service purely web based?   

All you have to do is create an account and you will be ready to go.  There is nothing to download. All surveys will be created and hosted on our server.

How soon after I sign up for an account will I be able to access the site features? 

You will have access to our site features instantly after signing up for an account.

I have sent a survey out to my respondents.  How fast will the responses show up? Where do I find the survey results? 

As soon as your respondent submits a survey, the response will show up on your analyze page.  You will be able to get to your results by logging in or going to "My Surveys" and clicking on the "analyze icon."

What if I need help with my survey?

We make it as easy as possible to create your own surveys, at Insiteful Surveys. Our survey design tool makes it easy for online users of all types. And we also provide survey tips, help pages, and question examples to get you started. If you find you are still having problems with your survey, feel free to contact us.

When I go to my survey link, it indicates, "This survey is currently closed. Thank you for your interest?

You are receiving this message because your current survey status is closed.  You can open your survey again by going to "my surveys" and clicking the far left "status" icon beside your survey. You can change your survey status to either "active" or "inactive" from here.
